We'll collect a deposit of $150 upon registration, and then the balance of [likely]  $150  is due by 11:59 pm January 12, 2026.  Refunds are possible up to January 12th. 

We will open to Big QU on January 13th, 2026.

Rooms: There are 12 rooms, each with 2 twin beds plus a bunk bed per room, so plan for a roommate.  We are aiming for 2 people per room but if you'd like 3 in a room, that can be arranged.  If we don't reach capacity, singles may be available, and would be offered on a lottery basis.

Please list the name of your roommate(s) (if applicable) when you register.

Meals: Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided.  Sunday breakfast and lunch are provided.  No meals provided on Friday so bring your own or make other arrangements.

A Note on Cost:

The total cost will be divided by the total # of registrants, so we won't have an exact amount until after the retreat.  Any overages will be refunded.  We are aiming for at least 20 registrants. If we have 20, the eventual cost will be around $195 each.  If we have 24, the eventual cost will be around $165.
